Cheese Factory
Cady Cheese Factory
At Cady Cheese Factory, we produce many different varieties and flavors of longhorn cheese. Our cheese is made into traditional 6" diameter longhorns and specialty 4" diameter Deli, or MiniLonghorns. In our view, cheese is better when it is made in smaller form. It has better body, better
consistency and better flavor!
In 1908 the township of Cady, located in Western Wisconsin became home to a cheese factory by the same name. Cady Cheese began as a cooperative to handle the processing of milk from area farms. Prior to modern refrigeration and transportation methods, creameries and cheese factories dotted the Wisconsin landscape with more than 1,600 plants operating at one time or another.
