Woodville is a quaint little community nestled in scenic west-central Wisconsin. Rich in Norwegian heritage, Woodville invites young and old to its doorstep with an enthusiastic Velkommen!


Woodville’s close proximity to Minneapolis/St. Paul to the west, and Eau Claire to the east, provides its residents the luxury of a hometown atmosphere with all the amenities of urban setting close at hand.


Woodville’s Norwegian ancestry is festively commemorated each spring around May 17th on Syttende Mai, Norway’s Independence Day. The community joins together in a colorful array to celebrate its folklore and legends of the mighty Viking warrior Leif Ericson.


Woodville, WI was first settled in 1870 with ties to the railroad and logging industry. Today the Village has 1,336 residents, with a forward-thinking attitude and small-town atmosphere.


If you are not inclined to cook in the Depot’s kitchen, there are dining options right in Woodville or minutes away in one of the neighboring towns.



The Historical Society Museum of Woodville is nearby for history buffs. 


A local park with playground and a splash pad are available for kids.


 From April through October, Crystal Caves in Spring Valley, WI is a nearby family  attraction.
